  1. Good day Robert. I just watched an Youtube vid with you & Johnder Perez commenting on a article by Clarrie Feinstein (staff reporter from Toronto Star). Sorry to bother you, but we are trying to get media exposures to get ppl involved into looking at our (pre-construction buyers) case.
First of all, I’m vague into all the details re:Hazelton (builder), the project (Highlights of Mississauga), and the lawyer (John Birch). To make a long story short, We bought a pre-construction condo from Hazelton back in 2017. It delayed launch until 2018. Just a few years ago, they asked us to pay more for the unit we bought or allowed us to opt out of the project with our deposits, upgrades + 12% interest. Majority of buyers opted out and now we are getting the runaround from the builder, our lawyer (John Birch), who is paid by Hazelton to represent us buyers. Hazelton had defaulted giving us back our deposits in Dec & we are getting no concrete answers from John Birch. There was also something mentioned about Raj Singh being investigated for $119M for mortgage fraud in Canada.
I hope you are interested in finding out more about this case, or at least with your contacts, you wouldn’t mind forwarding this to the right ppl who will be interested to expose this corruption? I heard some ppl borrowed money just for the downpayments, one person has passed away, and a lot of ppl getting financially stressed out. Thank you for your time.

The right person to talk to is Gayla. She’s the main person that’s motivated to get pre-construction buyers our deposits back & expose Hazelton as a fraud developer. Sorry I don’t have Gayla email address…only a phone number where she can be reached. (647) 830-2213

    Sincerely yours,

    Perry Young

    • You need a Real Estate lawyer who YOU pay and who has nothing to do with the Hazelton (ie someone other-than the John Birch you mention) . Obtaining this lawyer with a group of similar-situation people will cut the cost, but it should NOT be expensive. The Agreement of Purchase and Sales (APS) sets out all the contingencies and all the processes to be followed “in the event” … — OR contact the Toronto Star reporter (she will be eager to “right an injustice” and normally builders shrink from negative publicity . Don’t fret, all the laws of Ontario are on your side. The only decision is whether you want your money back immediately or you want to wait for ‘something else’ to happen. I do not know the Highlights of Mississauga, but from what you have written, likely the project will not be going-ahead in the form you anticipated when you bought in 2017. Sorry Rce best email is robertede@gmail.com
